Bernadette Kyle
Lead Mediator and Co-Founder of Heart 2 Heart Mediation, Bernadette Kyle stands at the forefront of conflict resolution in Pace, Florida. As a certified authority with the Florida Supreme Court in Family Mediation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, shaped by her academic achievements from the University of Montevallo, the University of Alabama, and the University of West Alabama. With a rich background spanning twenty-five years, Mrs. Kyle has become a cornerstone in supporting families and guiding the youth.
Her philosophy is rooted in the understanding that conflict is a hurdle to progress. In her role, Mrs. Kyle is dedicated to fostering dialogue that leads to consensus, ensuring that every mediation session moves parties from discord to agreement. Her life's journey as a military spouse and her insights as a retired educator are the lenses through which she views each mediation, infusing her work with empathy, respect, and a relentless drive to cultivate the most peaceful and practical resolutions for family disputes.

Joseph Kyle
Lead Mediator and Co-Founder of Heart 2 Heart Mediation, Joseph Kyle is a distinguished educator, mediator, and dedicated community volunteer. With a rich academic background, he holds an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master of Science in Psychology and Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Pharmacy. His professional credentials are further bolstered by licensures and certifications as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, and a Certified Notary Public. Certified by the Florida Supreme Court in both Family and County mediation, Joseph’s expertise in resolving conflicts is well-established.
Joseph’s journey in academia commenced at Pensacola State College as a mathematics instructor, eventually progressing to roles as an Academic Counselor and an Administrator, a tenure marked by excellence until his retirement. His dedication to service is exemplified by his 26 years in the Naval Reserve, including participation in the Persian Gulf Wars, embodying honor, courage, and commitment. Beyond his professional endeavors, Joseph is deeply involved in community service, volunteering as a K–12 tutor at St. John Divine Missionary Baptist Church, assisting patients at Covenant Hospice, and supporting food distribution for families in need. His diverse experiences, from the Navy to academia and community engagement, empower him to facilitate creative and flexible solutions in mediation, tailored to the unique needs of the involved parties.
